Documentation CQI Team

During the past fiscal year the Documentation CQI Team has undertaken several tasks.  The team has continued the ongoing process of revising and updating the Resident Handbook. The latest annual review and updating encompassed language and content adjustments reflecting changes that the agency has undergone during the last year.  The handbook is distributed to each youth who enters Saint Vincent’s, as well as to their parent/guardians.

The Team continues to focus on updating, revising, standardizing, and distributing forms which are in use agency-wide.  Once updated, an electronic copy of these forms is placed into the agency’s server, as well as access made available in paper form.  The Team has also reviewed the accompanying agency policies referencing these forms and updated them as needed.  The Team has reviewed the newly developed electronic Intake Packet to ensure information is correct and accurate.
